Sojourner Brown
Sojourner Brown is an NYU Tisch graduate with a BFA in Drama and a Minor in Creative Writing. As an actor, singer/songwriter, playwright, and poet, she is continually interested in the power that words hold. She recently released a short dance/spoken word film entitled: your body is a catechism about the beauty and power of the black body. Sojourner feels called to storytelling as a platform to promote empathy, to uplift marginalized communities, and to create artistic spaces of inclusivity. She is so grateful for the opportunity to be a songwriter and vocalist on this project!
