Catherine Parnell, Senior Associate Editor for Consequence Magazine, is an independent consultant as well as an instructor at Grub Street in Boston. Her non-fiction chapbook, The Kingdom of His Will, explores the culture of war, and her short fiction, essays, and articles have appeared in a wide variety of publications including Redivider and TSR: The Southampton Review.
